Look Out For Mountain Cedar

Mountain Cedar is a type of pollen that affects so many people. This pollen is very active in the fall and winter months, especially in states like Texas.

When a cold front blows through areas, it will also blow in pollens like the mountain cedar. When this happens, those allergic to it will begin feeling symptoms of a nose that stops up and runs at the same time, headache, throat that feels dry, itchy and burning, as well as the eyes puffing up. This may also be a time when the voice becomes hoarse to the point of not being able to talk much.

If there is an allergy to mountain cedar, it will not matter whether the person is inside or outside. The body is like a radar or sonar and will automatically detect it when it is in the air and react to what it is sensing. Take this time and get some rest, take an antihistamine, drink a lot of water and take vitamins.
