How do I treat these terrible blisters on my feet?
Last night I went out and wore high heel shoes. Usually when I go out with heels, I’ll have sore feet but never blisters like these! On the ball of my left foot, is about a 1 inch line of blister starting from my middle toe ending on my pinky toe. It is probably about 1/4 inch wide. It is white and hurts very badly. On my right foot, it is more round and about the size of a dime, also on the ball of my foot. While walking a few minutes ago, I felt this extreme pressure and then water filled my flip flop, meaning it had been popped. So one blister is popped, one blister is not. I can barely walk and my first day of class is tomorrow. Should I use peroxide to sterilize the blisters? Should I pop the one on my left foot? I bought some band aids specifically for blisters. Some websites say use peroxide, some don’t so that’s really my question.
I hear that rubbing neosporin is good for it and let it get lots of air. The worst thing is to pop it.
