Salary for live OUT Nanny in The Netherlands?

Hi, I have an interview on Monday for a full time position, M-F 9am to 6-6:30 pm Their son is 2 months old. I have no idea what to ask for salary wise. I do have experience with children, have been an nanny before and I have CPR and First Aid certifications. Any suggestions? I would take public transport to their house daily, and I’m sure some light housework would be involved. Thanks!

From my experience (two young children) and when I was working, salaries for childminders vary dramatically depending on if it is official (registered with an agency and tax deductable) or cash-in-hand (no social rights).

For a legal childminder, my last childminder (last year) charged €5 per hour for set, regular hours every day/week. For flexible & variable hours it was €10 per hour. From my experience, the salaries vary between this mark.

Get the family to give you their expectations first and if they ask you first, I would turn the question around and ask their expectations to see if it is in line with yours (more bargaining power this way)

25 weeks pregnant what more do i need?

okay.. just a question on what else i need to buy for my bub.. my fiance and i have brought a cot/bassinet, pram, rocker, car seat, nappies, wipes, towls, face washers, some bath products, a baby bath, some bottles and dummies, lots of singlets socks and clothes, lots of blankets for wrapping bub, nappy bag, toys, sheep skin rug, baby monitor, and first aid kit.. i think thats about all we have brought can anyone think of anything else we will need?? thanks in advance

a bouncy chair for newborns, newborn diapers, make sureee they are newborn size so the belly button doesn’t get touched and heals properly, if you’re having a boy, vaseline doctors will recommend if he’s circumcised, receiving blankets, coats, onesies, natural unscented baby wipes and diapers, pacifiers, hats and bonnets, baby nail clippers and the suction thing for his/her nose, hmm i can’t really think of anything else lol. books and magazines would be good to keep around, oh duh, and nursing bras! and look into what kind of pads you’ll need for after you have him, i haven’t looked into that yet either, but you’ll have a ”period” for like 2 or 3 weeks after his/her birth. you don’t really ”need” one, but i have a pack and play, it is SOO handy too because it is a playpen, changing table AND bassinet in one!! also, a little tray hooks up on the side of it and it has slots for food and bottles there is this vibrating thing that hooks up to this other music playing thing and it vibrates underneath the mattress to the beats of the music! lol it’s so cute.

that bouncy chair i was talking about has ”calming vibrations” built into it too, you need batteries for it though, like C batteries i believe.

oh duh, you’ll need a changing pad for the changing table, and mattress pads, crib sheets, a crib set, they have this REALLY cute crib set for 60 bucks at walmart with a lion, allegator and i think a turtle is on it lol it’s so cute, it’s like green and yellow<3 i'll get it after i set the crib up, i just have the bassinet and pack and play set up for now.

but anyways, yay babiesss<3333 good luck :)

In Boy Scouts, what are the four eagle required merit badges that are quickest and easiest to get?

I figure that First Aid is the easiest and quickest one to get, and I can get it in maybe two or three weekly meetings. So I guess I’m asking what are 3 eagle required merit badges that I can get in the shortest time?

You should know by now that Boy Scout Eagle Merit Badges are not about getting them “easily”.

Do you have a first aid kit for your dog?

With summer here and more people doing things with their dog(s), I’m curious if you have a first aid kit in your car? At home?

I do not know doggie CPR but I have done CPR on my hamster =( Unfort you cant really do this seeign as their lungs are so small. But I would try whatever to save my pup. I have a firts aid kit with a first aid book that tells me what to do for certain things… liek if the dogs eye pops out get saline solution and put it in that with ice and ER right away. Or if the dog has something in its eye flush it with saline solution. Its very helpful for a lot of differnet things.

Is there any way I can get free first aid supplies?

I self harm and can’t afford the medical/ first aid supplies I need. I do not want to go to the doctors or A&E because it is pointless, but I really need to get regular supplies because I have to change the dressings very regularly, and I almost always have something that definitely needs to be dressed and covered. Please don’t lecture me on stopping, I have tried and am now trying to cut down. Does anyone know anywhere in the UK that could send anything, or any charities that offer them?

The best place to get them is to talk to a physician about giving you some.
Or go to an NHS hospital and tell them that you want to build a first aid kit.
As one of the younger doctors they will help you out.
Second hand stores? Not sure if you should trust them for first aid supplies.
Or talk with the nurse in school about giving you some stuff, they usually do.
Any chemist will sell them to you, it is not that expensive, just the normal bandages and you will be ok

is this possibly a brain tumor?

so my boyfriend is 19 and has been having epileptic seizures since he was 16. when he takes his medication, the seizures typically stop. But last week while taking his medication, he had a really bad seizure that left him with missing memory, sensory hallucinations (distorted taste and smell) and he seemed to have a cold. He went into the ER to see what was wrong and on the MRI they found a brain lesion but they don’t know what it is. They ruled out any infection, AIDS or syphilis which means our only options seem to be a tumor or a benign collection of excess tissues.

I DON’T NO.HERE IS BRAIN TUMOR .
The signs and symptoms of a brain tumor vary greatly and depend on the brain tumor’s size, location and rate of growth.

General signs and symptoms caused by brain tumors may include:

New onset or change in pattern of headaches
Headaches that gradually become more frequent and more severe
